HELLO. So, I am more or less healed from the pain of Twist and Shout. That is good. ALthough, this morning, while in the car the radio station started playing the Beatles, and what other song would be the first to play? Freaking TWIST AND SHOUT. I am okie dokie now, though. So, worry not.
Onto the subject, school is starting. For some, it has already started, but for myself in the state I reside in, it begins on the 4th of September. And guess what month it is? No need to guess, because it more that likely that you already know, or can just continue reading.
IT IS SEPTEMBER RIGHT NOW.
I am excited to have something to do for a majority of the day, and show off my newer clothes. Actually, no. I enjoyed sleeping when the sun rose, and waking up way past noon. I've enjoyed the countless hours in front of a computer. I've enjoyed not having to wear a bra. But that is coming to an end. And it is extremely unfortunate. I dislike it very much.
On brighter news, I have finished my Summer Read. Between you and me, I never even completely read any of the books I've chosen. I'd start out reading it completely. Then, by the time I get around the middle of the story, I just loose interest and then skip to the end so I can appropriately fill in the boxes and answer the questions. It's gross. Everything about school is gross. Minus the learning part. I do not mind learning. It's basically everything else that I despise. The hours (too early), the people, the lack of A/C, everything is just so old and gross and ugh testing sucks. Grades do not fully show intelligence. If I don't test well, that does not at all mean that I am not smart at all. And this is some news someone needs to bring to my parents because really all they care about are grades. If I ever make it to have kids myself, I know that I won't judge their intelligence by their grades.
I am more or less looking forward to school. I am anxious for it to start. Maybe I'll enjoy it for about a week, and then I'll get utterly sick and tired of it afterwards. Welp, 'tis all.
