THE BLOG OF JESS

Hello. This week just gets better and better as the days go by. (And to think it started out so nicely on Sunday). TODAY: I was telling my dad how my laptop was being suckish. He took it into his possession, and attempted to fix it. He takes it, and I head back up into my bedroom. About half an hour later, my dad comes into my room and announces that my computer is officially broken. 
This is the second time I've given my laptop to my dad to fix, and it ends up more broken.
The first time, he caused the laptop to catch fire. Yeah. I know.


Along with that: Justin is officially gone. Out of the the United States of America. I don't know where he is now on the globe precisely. But far from here, that is certain.

Worship service at church was pretty different with the absence of that family. I shouldn't be sour about it, though. The hot topic of the evening was 'Justin Isn't Here We Miss Him So Much It Just Isn't The Same'. 

Moreover, Sabrina, Justin and I were going to be doing some performance for this New Year party. I was talking to Sabrina and we discussed if we should still do the thing. Sabrina said that we should do it "in loving memory of Justin' (as if he's dead, though he is not. I suggested the song Little Talks by Of Monsters and Men. I really love that song. Gian heard me playing it on my iPod and we sort of burst into song together. It was a bonding experience. 

I was asked how much I miss Justin by Sid. There's this deep feeling in my gut is telling me that before I even know it, he'll be back, and it'd be a very happy reunion. I am trusting my gut on this.
So, basically, I miss him as much as you'd miss a friend who's just going out of town for the weekend. I wish he were here, but I know that he won't be gone forever. There we go. That actually makes sense.
