Well Summer Is Almost Over

Hello! So, Gishwhes is over, and the summer is winding down. I am very bittersweet about this. I am excited for the fall for the sole reason of new season premieres. But... I'm going to be foreced to get back into my old sleeping schedule, which involves going to sleep before midnight. That is an event that hasn't happened.... basically all summer. And I am not looking forward to that.

So GISHWHES? Gishwhes was awesome. So much fun. Although I did lose my parent's camera and have yet to tell them about that. Well they know that I don't have it, but... it's lost. Bailey offered to give us her older camera that she no longer uses. But... I am still afraid to tell my parents. I can take punishment, but I just don't like the thought of being yelled at.
Oh, you know what's nice about Gishwhes? I made actual new friends. It is just wonderful. I love how I have a fairly large amount of people I can now talk to on a daily basis. In total, there's the six of us in New Jersey. And that is just fantastic. I am now here to share with you basically our 'playlist' of the summer. The songs we sang along to and all that jazz. Unofficial, of course. But, still.

FULL YOUTUBE PLAYLIST HERE

1) Don't Drop That Thun Thun Thun: So the story behind this song... The group was at Amy's birthday party, and I showed off my awesome swimming technique and then they matched the swimming with this song, and... yeah.
2) We Can't Stop: We discussed how disturbing the music video was, but how the song is still good. Catchy... like the plague.
3) After Ever After: Bailey is obsessed with this song. So it was played multiple times.
4) Locked Out of Heaven: I really do not like Bruno Mars. But after a disappointing realization that a certain Blue Claws game was an away game in Delaware and not in New Jersey, this song played on the radio, and all six of us and Bailey's dad rocked out to this song on the way home. It was recorded, but lost when the camera when MIA.
5) I Like Your Hair: Just... don't question it.

So, yep. That is the few songs that we listened to throughout the Gishwhes week and longer.
